got some old bread or pastries you want to throw away? make some pain perdu instead.
you'll need
- around 300g of (stale) bread in slices
- 25 cl of milk
- 75g of cane sugar
- 3 eggs
let's get cooking
- mix up the milk, sugar and eggs
- soak the bread in the mix
- cook the slices at 180°C for around 15 minutes, or until everything looks golden
